Cookie / Browser Storage Policy

An audit of what this website stores in your browser: no cookies of its own, no analytics, no advertising.

ORBINTU — Cookie / Browser Storage Policy
Version 1.0 · Draft — not yet in effect · Last updated 1 OCTOBER 2026
https://orbintu.com/legal/cookies · hello@yuvi.it.com

In short

  • ORBINTU’s own code sets no cookies.
  • No analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are used.
  • Browser storage is used only to keep you signed in and to remember a claim in progress.
  • Because nothing non-essential is used, no consent banner is shown. That will change if this does.

This summary is for convenience. The numbered sections below are the full text.

01What we found

This policy is based on an audit of the website’s own code. We list every technology that stores information in your browser:

TechnologyCategoryPurposeWhen
Cookies set by ORBINTUNoneNoneNever
Analytics or measurementNoneNoneNever
Advertising or marketing trackersNoneNoneNever
Third-party embeds (video, social, maps)NoneNoneNever
Cloudflare Turnstile bot check (script from challenges.cloudflare.com)SecurityProtects the email sign-in code from automated abuseOnly if the bot check is enabled. It is not enabled in the current build. What, if anything, it stores in your browser has not yet been verified
Local storage: authentication sessionEssentialKeeps you signed in; holds the session token issued by our authentication providerOnly after you sign in, and only when the account backend is connected
Session storage: claim in progressEssentialRemembers the coordinate you were claiming while you verify your emailWhile a claim is in progress; cleared when the browser tab closes

02Third-party requests

Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from the ORBINTU site itself. No font service, analytics service or advertising network is contacted. The one exception is the optional Cloudflare Turnstile bot check described above: if it is enabled, your browser loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser information with that request.

When the account backend is connected, requests are made to our authentication and database provider; the authentication client library itself is served from the ORBINTU site. These services receive your IP address and browser information as part of the request. See Service providers.

04Your controls

You can clear local and session storage in your browser settings at any time. Clearing it will sign you out and discard any claim in progress.
