Founding Position Terms

01What a Position is

An ORBI Position is a product and account-associated coordinate inside the ORBINTU service. The ORBI field contains 1,500,000,000 Positions (a 50,000 × 30,000 coordinate grid). Each ORBI identity may hold at most one.

Positions are allocated by the Service. Your browser may show a Position as available, but a claim succeeds only when the Service confirms it.

02What a Position is not

A Position does not represent:

• real-world land or real property
• virtual land or virtual real-estate ownership
• equity, shares or any ownership interest in ORBINTU
• a cryptocurrency, token or other digital asset
• a security or investment contract
• a guarantee of monetary value or of any financial return

No statement on the ORBINTU website, including descriptions of Positions as permanent, yours, or your place in the field, creates any property right or financial entitlement. Those descriptions refer to the Position’s association with your ORBI identity within the Service.

03The Founding Crown

Some Positions within the ORBI field form the Founding Mark. Claiming one associates Founding status with your ORBI identity, shown as the Founding Crown and a Founding number.

The Founding Crown is a product-status designation associated with an eligible ORBI identity. It does not by itself grant equity, ownership, financial rights, or guaranteed monetary value.

The Founding Crown does not mean:

• company ownership or equity
• voting or governance rights
• revenue share, dividends or profit participation
• investment rights or any financial entitlement
• a guarantee of monetary value
• a guarantee that the Service, or any feature, will be provided forever

Any additional benefit connected to Founding status will exist only if ORBINTU explicitly creates it in writing, with its own terms. None exists today.

04Allocation and integrity

Founding status is computed by the Service at the moment of claim, from the Position’s location within the Founding Mark. It cannot be supplied, requested or altered by the client. Founding numbers are allocated in sequence by the Service.

Claiming a Position does not involve a payment on the current Service.

Automated or bulk claiming, or any attempt to manipulate allocation, violates the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in the Position being released.

05No sale, trading or transfer

Any attempt to sell, trade or transfer a Position or Founding status, inside or outside the Service, is not recognised by ORBINTU and may violate these terms.

06Duration and changes

A Position and any Founding status remain associated with your ORBI identity while your account is active and the Service operates, subject to the Terms of Service. They may be released if your account is deleted or terminated.

The field, its presentation and these terms may change as the Service develops. Material changes to these terms require your renewed acceptance, as described in the Terms of Service.

If the field is restructured

If the ORBI field is restructured, we will preserve your Founding status and give your ORBI identity an equivalent Position where technically possible.

If the Service ends

If ORBINTU shuts down the Service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where reasonably possible, and provide a downloadable record of your ORBI identity and your claim.

In either case a Position and the Founding Crown have no monetary value, and give no investment right, equity, token, security or guaranteed financial return.
