ORBINTU — Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Draft — not yet in effect · Last updated 26 SEPTEMBER 2026
https://orbintu.com/legal/terms · hello@yuvi.it.com
In short
- You need an account to hold an ORBI identity and a Position. One account, one ORBI, one Position.
- A Position is a coordinate inside the service. It is not land, property, equity, a token or an investment.
- The Founding Crown is a status marker. It does not grant ownership, money or voting rights.
- AI output can be wrong. You stay responsible for decisions and for what you approve.
- Nothing is executed on your behalf beyond the permissions you grant.
This summary is for convenience. The numbered sections below are the full text.
01Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE CONFIRMED] (“ORBINTU”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the ORBINTU website, accounts, ORBI identities, Positions and related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, claiming a Position, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI + Data Terms, the Cookie / Browser Storage Policy, the Founding Position Terms and the Intellectual Property & Licensing page.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or claim a Position, and able to form a binding agreement where you live. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if we have previously terminated your account for a violation of these Terms.
03Accounts
An account is created with an email address and a one-time code sent to that address. ORBINTU does not ask for or store a password.
Whoever controls your email inbox can sign in to your account. You are responsible for keeping that inbox secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep your email address current. Tell us promptly through the channel on the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented or shared.
04ORBI Identity
An ORBI identity is the profile associated with your account. It consists of a system-assigned ORBI ID and a position colour, which are public because the ORBI field is public, and the details you choose to publish, such as a display name, optional handle and optional bio.
Your ORBI ID, Position and position colour are public: anyone using the Service can see them. Your display name, handle and bio are public only if you choose to publish them. Each one starts hidden, and you can change each choice on your Account page. Your email address, phone number and authentication data are private and are never part of your public ORBI identity. See what is public and what is private.
You are responsible for the content of your public profile. It must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not impersonate another person or organisation.
Each account may hold at most one ORBI identity.
05ORBI Positions
An ORBI Position (“Position”) is a product and account-associated coordinate inside the ORBINTU service. It identifies where your ORBI identity appears in the ORBI field.
A Position does not represent, and must not be understood as:
- real-world land or real property
- virtual land or virtual real-estate ownership
- equity, shares or any ownership interest in ORBINTU
- a cryptocurrency, token or other digital asset
- a security or investment contract
- a guarantee of monetary value or of any financial return
Each ORBI identity may hold at most one Position. Positions are allocated by the Service on a first-come basis. The Service, not your device, decides whether a claim succeeds.
A Position is associated with your account for as long as your account remains active and the Service operates, subject to these Terms. It is not a perpetual right and cannot be enforced against us outside the Service.
Positions cannot be sold, traded, transferred between accounts, or exchanged through any marketplace. Detail is in the Founding Position Terms.
06Founding Status
Some Positions form the Founding Mark within the ORBI field. Claiming one associates Founding status, shown as the Founding Crown, with your ORBI identity.
The Founding Crown is a product-status designation associated with an eligible ORBI identity. It does not by itself grant equity, ownership, financial rights, or guaranteed monetary value.
Founding status is determined by the Service at the moment of claim and cannot be supplied or altered by the client. The full terms are in the Founding Position Terms.
07User Content
“User Content” means anything you submit to the Service, including profile details and, once available, the information you give ORBI about your work.
You keep whatever rights you have in your User Content. You grant ORBINTU a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, display and transmit your User Content only as needed to operate, secure and provide the Service to you, including displaying public profile fields publicly.
ORBINTU does not use User Content to train AI models. We use content you give us to improve the product only when you explicitly choose to send it as feedback.
You confirm you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and that it does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights.
08Connected Services
In future versions of the Service you may be able to connect third-party applications and accounts (“Connected Services”) so that ORBI can understand context and NTU can carry out work. This feature is planned and not yet available.
When available, each connection will operate only within the access scope you grant, and you will be able to revoke it. Your use of a Connected Service remains governed by that service’s own terms.
You are responsible for having the right to connect an account, and for the permissions you grant to it.
09AI-Generated Output
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety or other consequential decisions. The Service does not provide professional advice.
ORBINTU is designed so that understanding does not equal authority. Consequential actions require the permission you have granted and, where the Service marks them as such, your explicit approval. The AI + Data Terms apply.
10Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy;
- keep your account and email inbox secure;
- review what you approve before you approve it;
- grant only the permissions you intend to grant, and revoke those you no longer want;
- keep your public profile accurate and not misleading.
11Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12Intellectual Property
ORBINTU materials
The software, artwork, logos and text created for the Service (“ORBINTU Materials”) belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE CONFIRMED]. What is and is not ORBINTU Material is set out on the Intellectual Property & Licensing page, which forms part of these Terms.
ORBINTU does not claim ownership of ideas, methods, algorithms or facts as such, of the numbers and coordinates that identify Positions, or of material that belongs to others.
Your right to use the Service
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service in line with these Terms. No other right is granted, including any right in a Position beyond its use within the Service.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell or build products from ORBINTU Materials except as these Terms allow, as the law allows without permission, or with our written permission. To ask, use Licensing / Intellectual Property on the Contact page.
Names and logos
ORBINTU, ORBI, NTU and ORBI+ and their logos identify the Service. You may refer to the Service by name. You may not use these names or logos in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with you, or in a name, logo or product likely to be confused with ORBINTU.
Third-party and open-source materials
Some materials in the Service belong to others, including open-source fonts and software and licensed cursor artwork. They are not ORBINTU Materials, these Terms grant no rights in them, and their own licences govern their use. They are listed in the third-party notices.
Your content
Your User Content remains yours, as described in User Content.
Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Automated access
Automated extraction of data or content from the Service is covered by the Acceptable Use Policy.
When the licence ends
Your licence to use the Service ends when your access is suspended or terminated. This section survives termination.
13Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including for authentication, database hosting and content delivery, and in future for AI models. The providers in use are described in the Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use or connect, or for their availability.
14Changes to the Service and to these Terms
ORBINTU is at an early stage. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed.
We may update these Terms. For a material change we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the Service before it takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or needed to address security or legal risk. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept it.
Material changes to the Founding Position Terms require your renewed acceptance before they apply to you.
15Account Deletion, Suspension and Termination
Deleting your account
You may stop using the Service at any time. Self-service deletion is not available yet. To delete your account, send a request through the Contact page. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
- Request received: we confirm the request and may need to verify that it comes from the account holder.
- Account disabled: where appropriate, we disable sign-in while the request is handled.
- Data deleted or retained: we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, keeping only what we are required or permitted to keep for legal or security reasons.
Deletion is not instant, and your ORBI identity and Position are released when the account is deleted.
Suspension and termination by ORBINTU
We may suspend an account immediately where that is needed to stop a serious security threat, illegal activity or serious abuse.
For other breaches of these Terms, where reasonable we will first tell you what is wrong and give you an opportunity to put it right. If the breach is not remedied, or recurs, we may suspend or terminate the account. You can respond or appeal through the Contact page.
If an account is permanently terminated, its ORBI identity and Position are released after [POLICY DECISION REQUIRED: POSITION RELEASE PERIOD AFTER PERMANENT TERMINATION] and are not transferable to anyone else. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI output will be accurate. No uptime commitment is currently offered.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
17Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORBINTU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, ORBINTU’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid ORBINTU in the 12 months before the claim arose and [POLICY DECISION REQUIRED: FIXED LIABILITY-CAP AMOUNT AND CURRENCY].
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
18Indemnity
If you use the Service for a business, you agree to indemnify ORBINTU against third-party claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
If you use the Service as a consumer, you are responsible, to the extent the law permits, only for losses caused by your deliberate misuse of the Service or your illegal conduct.
19Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW — TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory protections.
If you have a dispute with us, please first contact us through hello@yuvi.it.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts of [GOVERNING LAW — TO BE CONFIRMED].
If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country where the law gives you that right, and nothing in this section removes the protections of the law where you live.
20Contact
